Our New Host Home Inspection is a one-time approval process yearly to get you started – Initial visit approval fee just $38 – Fee may also be paid $19: 6 monthly by subscription, home inspection and approvals by appointment. This will then make you one of Sakura Haven Homestay's approved Host.
Our fee is only 10c per day! To increase your income by around $40-60 per day! and we do all the processing for you.

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our students, we kindly conduct routine inspections of all homestay properties every 6 months. To continue as a Priority Host, a small registration fee & approval helps support this process and ensures you're always ready to welcome new students with confidence.
Once approved, you have priority on International Student arrivals to be placed into your Hosting.

--- As circumstances can change over time, our dedicated Homestay Hosting Team conducts two scheduled quality inspections each year (every 6 months) once you're approved. Each visit includes a small fee, paid yearly or by 6 monthly subscription and helps ensure ongoing comfort and safety for our students—as well as peace of mind for you as a valued host. ---
Inspection includes siting your hosting, specific 'Homestay Insurance' is current, and the 'Blue Card' security for working with young people and children is also valid. We can assist you with both these requirements.
