Homestay Accommodation Bookings Terms and Policy:
A booking deposit equal to one week’s fee is required at the time of booking to secure the accommodation. Ongoing payments are to be made weekly or monthly by subscription. A minimum stay of 30 days applies, general stay is 90 days, and may be extended longer by arrangement. Support is provided throughout the stay, and if relocation becomes necessary for any reasonable cause, assistance will be given to arrange alternative accommodation.
